Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a long game. It takes time and energy to master. We recommend a minimum of two days a week in order to maintain competency in the sport.
Mondays: 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm
Wednesdays: 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm
Fridays: 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm
Saturdays*: 11:30 am to 1:00 pm
*All beginners must have at least 30 days of training in weekday classes prior to attending Saturday Practice.
